RESOURCE PROFILE MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 21, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
Brian Bullock presented the Resource Profile for F/Y 08 to the Committee, Selectmen and audience present.
After the Resource Profile Presentation the Finance Committee continued to meet.
Brian reported that the boiler at the Library failed on February 12 and although it was repaired heat was minimal at the Library. It was thought that the boiler would last until the end of the fiscal year (budget item for F/Y 08) it needs to be replaced now. A motion by Jim 2nd by Ed to authorize the emergency expense not to exceed $15,000.00 from the Reserve Fund to replace the Library boiler was voted unanimously.

A motion by Jim 2nd by Al to accept the minutes of January 29, 2007 was voted unanimously as amended.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20.
